Eligibility
- Age: 16-20 years old
- Residency: Must be a resident of the Great Lakes Bay Area
- Heritage: A strong connection to Irish culture and values

- Queen: $2,000 scholarship
- 1st Runner Up: $1,200 scholarship
- 2nd Runner Up: $800 scholarship
